Dogs barking. Asked for a ground floor room near the office when I booked the room. Was told it couldn't happen. I use a cane for mobility. Had to climb the stairs.

Customer service is terrible. I booked a room with two beds on Expedia and the manager tried to ask me for more money for the second bed!

Staff was friendly and easy access to nearby businesses. I was taken back a bit that because I was a local customer I had to pay a $100 cash deposit. Not required for everyone just people who were from surrounding cities. Pleasant atmosphere and pricing was great.
