The hotel is situated slap bang in the city centre directly across the road from the station. The staff are always awesome, friendly, polite and generally engaging and efficient. I have to say the breakfast is top class, love breakfast in this place. Another pleasant stay.

The food was excellent.
Maybe more storage in rooms only had small wardrobe.
Staff in reception and bar area absolutely fantastic.

Nice lookong property, rooms were spacious . The shower gel and shampoo in the room smell amazing. Some fixtures and fittinfs could do with repair.
Great central location.

Everything was nice, apart from the elevator not working. Tried to ask if i could switch to a balcony room instead so i did not have to come up and down everytime i wanted a smoke.

Great hotel. Best bed. Very clean. Steps away from train station, which was convenient for us. We walked around town looking for a pub... Not too many that are close. Hotel has a nice restaurant, but limited evening options. The area around was a bit seedy... Wouldn't want to be out late at night.
