The room was uncomfortably hot. I turned down the thermostat when I entered the room. Part way through the night I woken to it being extremely hot again. (The room is heated by baseboard heaters).The window would not open, so was not able to cool it off. The bed was also very hard and uncomfortable.

“Newly renovated” rooms are old and dingy. Carpet stained and room smells musty.

no TSN tv, no air conditioning and front desk did not know what I was talking about,, so could not watch BC Lions football game.. cheaper motel so I did not expect too much but no TSN?? will not be back

I think the TSN just needs to be refreshed tho. but were sorry about this issue. we have fixed it tho. hoping seeing you again.
