Didn't like the extra 100 dollars for no beach view

Nice but odd service.
Posted 30 Dec 2019 on HotelsWe had a number of issues, firstly on check in we were told we had no reservation. They then figured out we had already been checked in, however our room wasn't made to a king bed and was still in the process of being made which seemed strange if we had already been checked in. There was no air-conditioner remote until we asked for one. On the second day our towels were taken but not replaced so we had to use a face towel as they weren't ready yet. There was also no hair dryer in the room - the room information said there was one.
Other than that the room was modern and nice.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.We had an awesome stay at Bon Hotel , its a pity its hotel facilities are outsourced and come at price,but otherwise our stay was awesome , will call again !....

Fine stay.
Posted 26 Apr 2019 on HotelsFriendly staff, clean room, nice bed, fine selection of TV-programs. Only issue found was a pair of used underwear left in the bottom of the top shelf from a previous user of the room. OK WiFi - just go to reception and pick up tickets as needed.

This is an excellent Hotel which is located in the Sports complex Dome. It is about 600 meters from the Atlantic beach and coast.

A very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our group liked it's location which was about a 15 minute leisurely walk to the Pier. Would definitely recommend.

We are very uniquely situated in The Dome, a large indoor sports arena. They host regular sport events, trade shows, events etc. just to name a few which makes our location quite unique and putting these events right on our doorstep makes us the preferred choice of many guests.
We do hope to see you again and maybe next time when an event is hosted inside the Dome so that you can experience the vibe!

Centrally located hotel at a sports center

Pros: It's location
Cons: Water is only given on the day of arrival, however this is not told to customers unless you enquire as to well there is no water in the room.
Location: Quarter biking,
Ocean boat cruise and feeding the seals and pelicans,dolphins
Ocean beach walks
Swakop Museum
And shopping
Our stay at the dorm bon hotel was lovely, staff are friendly and always suggest adventure activities to guest new to the area.

Pleasant stay
