The hotel is super conveniently located, with a super beautiful lake trail leading to an area with fountain shows at night. 10 minute walk to the arch building, which has an insanely huge shopping mall around it with many dining options. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The views and locations are amazing, would definitely stay again.

Everyone at Crown Plaza is very friendly and accommodating during my stay and made me feel comfortable and happy! Also, the continental breakfast has a great variety.
They cleaned my room very well and got to know me as a regular requesting oat milk lattes in the morning. Room service was always attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again

Posted 16 Jul 2024 on HotelsGreat location near Suzhou biggest mall, lots of restaurants, shops, and activites for kids. They upgraded us to a family suite with great views and a bunk bed for the small kiddos. Their customer service was great.
