Pros: Their efficency and on time Service
Cons: Just Perfect other hotels should learn from them.
Location: Super Market just across the road. post dinner please go down to the ice-cream parlour Nirula's and have a Hot Chocolate Fudge which they call HCF
My Travel Desk had booked me into Hotel Vijay Villa. I had given my arrival time at 6:30 pm and arrived at 7 pm. I was most impressed when i opened the door of my room 303 post check in formalities the hotel had left the AC on for me and the room was chilled and inviting in the scotching heat and 87% humidity.
I was impressed with the cleanliness and and the efficiency of service that the hotel offered, as i was a single lady traveler i felt secured and comfortable at the hotel. The food was tasty and very homely types as i had requested for basic food and not the Hotel type food.
Nice Hotel and awesome staff with great Hospitality Services.

Felt like home. Staff are helpful and kind
Posted 10 Feb 2017Small hotel which I liked. Whenever I need, staff are there. Food are good. Located in a real neighborhood that I felt connection with local people. You can walk to the local market for fresh fruits, flowers, ..... Temples are near and easily go by the 3 wheels auto. It is fun to take a walk and feed the cows with bananas. You will have great experience staying here than big fancy hotel in downtown that you dont learn or see much. All staff are very nice including the owner that I met. I would come back again for sure.

Hospitality at its Best
Posted 7 Feb 2017 on HotelsVijay Villa is a go to place if you need great hospitality and a memorable Trip.The rooms are at par with Global standards and the people are a good sport.They are ready to help you in anyway you want.
In fact I was given a detailed list of top things to do in Delhi by the owner of Vijay Villa and it helped me a lot as this was my first visit to delhi.

Had a very pleasent stay

Pros: The rooms are big.
Cons: asking for too much but i like toilets very big but their toilets are ok big.
Location: opposit to SRS MALL and close to banks
The Hotel is very close to the Metro Station and is situated on a quiet road the staff is good and the food is also good, nice place to stay

Best Hotel in the Budget Hotel Segment in Gurgaon

Pros: The Service, Food,
Cons: they are perfect others should learn from Hotel Vijay Villa
Location: it is close to the metro station.
I am a regular visitor to Gurgaon and often keep changing Hotels as something or the other is always wrong with a hotel but this one Hotel Vijay Vila has shown the best in class hospitality be it Cleanliness, Food, Service, effortless check in check out as a matter of fact the google map link that they send with their reservation conformation is the best no need for searching in every corner and asking for directions.
Hats off guys and their manager Mr. Vikas and team are a bunch of professionals lovely place.

Awesome hotel in Gurgaon
Posted 11 Oct 2016It was a very pleasant and a comfortable stay the staff was very pleasing and took the extra effort to arrange for a meal at 1:30am when I checked in the food was tasty and hot. They had a wake up call at my requested time and had a taxi already waiting for my drop to the airport and the check out took only 2 mins they had everything ready.
Excellent service guys you now have a regular customer as I visit Gurgaon every month and have never been so happy with any property the way you people serve your guests.
