Overall, the facility was fine and the staff was professional. However, there was a few things missing like a towel rack in the bathroom.

Great hotel! Nice and clean and quiet! And they gave two Tesla chargers! You can use them for non-Tesla if you have the adapter! Thank you!

I have stayed here before and had no issues. The lady that checked me in was nice and accommodating at getting me a room on the top floor. The kid working in the morning should not be working with customers. He had a crappy attitude and was rude. I asked for a late check out because I was running in a race that morning and wanted to shower before driving home. I was offered a whole 30 minutes for a late checkout because they “already gave one late check out”. Makes no good sense of why one more late checkout would put housekeeping so far behind. Can all of the rooms be cleaned at once? No! Did they really have that many rooms that were going to be occupied on a Sunday, in Susanville? Really? Perhaps housekeeping should spend a little more time cleaning the rooms anyway. The bathroom door was filthy. I used a few of my own Clorox wipes that I brought and they were disgustingly dirty after wiping down the door and light switches. And, there was a dirty towel and washcloth hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I will never stay at this hotel again!!

Dear, Micael.We're sorry that we couldn't extend your late checkout beyond the initial 30-minutes. It is an arduous task for housekeeping to complete their rounds, one room at a time, to ensure incoming guests can arrive by our published check-in time.We do our best to accommodate guests wishing to check-in early and check out late; but, as in your case, we could not fully meet your request.With regard to shortcomings with housekeeping, this is the first we're hearing about these issues. We staff our hotel 24-hours a day to handle any impedance to guest comfort and rest. A quick call to our front desk will allow us to demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction.We are saddened to learn we won't be adding your name to our ever-growing cache of satisfied and returning guests. We do wish you safe and satisfying travels wherever you may go in the future.

Staff was so sweet and room was good. Very noisy though. I could hear everything the people above me were doing. Definitely get a top floor room if you stay here if you don’t want to be up all night.
