Great hotel. Marco and the rest of the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was lovely with eggs made fresh however we liked and freshly squeezed orange juice. Restaurant was also great for dinner. Top place.

Good Location. 15 minutes to luzern by train. Great and responsive staff. The room was next to railway track you could hear train passing by. Lots of shopping and restaurant near by.

Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were painful. Only service we used was check-in and checkout and the ladies were very efficient and pleasant. We heard no noise from the train station but maybe we got the right side of the building.

Hotel molto moderno, camere grandi e belle, pulite e con ogni confort (a parte il bidet, ma non siamo in Italia). Personale cortese e colazione corretta. Chiedere sempre camera sul davanti, perché dietro passano i treni.
