Outdated which is fine but it was dirty and not maintained. We had loose tiles in the hotel on the stairs located inside our apartment and a dead cockroach on the floor. The bed linen was minimal and overall cleanliness was poor. Good location

The location is very good. Easy check in & car parking price good. The cleanliness of the room was pretty poor in most areas. The place is very very noisy. Me and my family stayed for 5 nights & all nights were horrible sleeps. Our bathroom mat wasnt replaced. I understand that room service is not an everyday thing however on the day that the cleaner went in, the bedroom sheet got made nicely on the bed but the whole place didn't even get vacuumed. There were 2 thin mink blankets for a family of 4 which didn't seem clean, thankfully we had more than 2 sheets to put under the blankets. There's the saying - you get what you paid for .. In my opinion, I think the price is more than what it should be.

I love Tiki, we stay here all the time. It's affordable and so close to everything. The only issue we seem to have is I book for 6 but never get the sheets, blankets or towels for all. We have to go to reception each stay for them

Much better places and value for money. They charged me for parking, changed codes as it’s unsafe and the noise will keep you up!

Our security codes for the building are changed periodically to retain their effectiveness, usually once every 1-2 weeks. Everything was good for the price. Great location and very convenient to get around from the hotel. The cleanliness around the main entrance could have been a bit better. Overall was a good experience.

Thoroughly Enjoyed our stay here amazingly had all the facilities and was perfect for a family. Highly rate the facilities this hotel has to offer for the affordable price . Will be back

I have stayed here a few times now. Great rates, reception is lovely and we love the the spa in the room experience. The property is old but comfortable and clean. We always like staying here
