No shower gel , had to complain three different times over the two days to change it , room service not updated , staff not helpful , staff are more interested in the too tok and Facebook than work , breakfast was worst and I had a good poisoning, no English spoken by some staff

Great location and friendly staff. Hotel room did not have any plates, bowls, forks and knives for us to use. These should come provided in each room. We had to request from reception some plates which never arrived. In the end we bought our own cardboard plates and bowls. There was also no washing liquid for the two cups and mugs they did provide which made it hard to clean. No bin bag in the bin either which would have been useful.

I like staying here, particularly for the location. Very reasonably priced but you almost get what you pay for. Nothing bad but just a little tired and hasn’t aged well. Most rooms have been renovated and spacious but property overall tired. Breakfast very basic.

We arrived earlier than expected, our room was already ready which was awesome. Our room was clean, quiet, private & comfy. We especially enjoyed having a balcony!! We were told we had partial ocean views, ahh no we had an amazing incredible full view. We were exceptionally happy, highly recommend & would return. Thank you for the beautiful hospitality.
