The receptionists are entitled, never smile or have kindness as the hostess they are supposed to be towards a guest. They look at you as if they were doing you a favor by receiving or helping you about the hotel and if you asking stuff to them is a bother. Annoying all of them. I was truly waiting for this stay and this is not a 5 stars property. Just a wannabe 4.5 stars. Disappointed. There’s not even a water of bottle among amenities!!! Please avoid this location, cause there are WAY BETTER hotels in Surfers Paradise that worth your money.

I like how it takes you straight to your level with a screen tap. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for what I needed for the weekend event I had. I would definitely come back here.

The Apartment was great, had an amazing time, the pools were great. Only downside was the carpark, made to pay money for the carparking but still needed to call front desk every time we wanted to enter or exit for them to manually open the boom gate.
