Hotel is not 5 star rated, food is very poor and room is not comfy as per brand marriot

Dear Sir,
Namaste !!
This is regarding the amendment of your room reservation, The actual room was booked from 20.02.2024 to 24.02.2024 and due to Mosquito problem and muddy water problem in the bathroom guest wanted to relocate to another hotel and wanted to checkout on 21.02.2024 only. We have done the changes and we will charge only 1 night to expedia and for rest refund you have to communicate with the expedia and they will initiate.
