Very posh and well equipped hotel located in one of the best spot in west Surabaya. Which unfortunately is also it's downside. Avoid staying here when there are known large events happening.
Combined with the nightmare that is the nearby freeway exit, we had been stuck waiting for our turn at the elevator for 15-20mins, despite their staff best effort to coordinate it in real time with radios. Waiting for your valet to return can also take up to 30mins during some of these events.
