I loved how clean the property and the room was. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Enjoyed a very clean and comfortable stay. Just two things: Need more vegan options, and the gym needs wipes and some fans and cooling. Otherwise an amazing stay.

By far one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels we stayed in Indonesia in the past few weeks. Enjoyed the amazing breakfast, gym, and clean room. If not for the minor issues below I would ahve given a 5 star:
1. Very limited options for vegans. They only had salad and cap cay. Breakfast had lot of vegan items so we were good.
2. Gym was very hot during the day time and no fan. No wipes to clean the machines before and after use. I asked the staff multiple times for some cleaning wipes. They said they will check and completely ignored like I did not exist
3. Water was luke warm and no pressure. So shower was not great.
