This hotel is my go to hotel whenever I go to Surabaya. Very historic place, close by shopping mall and restaurants.

Our shower was not draining and causing a flood in bathroom. It took 2 days for hotel to fix problem. The hotel in general requires maintenance.

The property has an interesting history and the layout is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. The room had a bit of a moldy smell but was comfortable. Traffic in the area is crazy.

Been to MGallery collection hotel before so the bar has been set quite high. I like Majapahit but it lacks refinement. The lobby smells like cigar or moldy carpet. The only thing i like was my room- huge and with character

Amazing stay
Posted 9 Jun 2024 on HotelsWe spent 4 nights at the Majapahit hotel and it was such a fantastic place to stay we found it hard to leave the hotel and explore Surabaya! The room was great (very spacious and well maintained given they are in a historical building). The grounds are stunning. The lobby has a fantastic cocktail bar and the high tea was excellent.
