The Wall Paintings are unique. What I didn’t like was Lightings were not sufficient for my standard though, particularly on rooms at 1st floor. 5th floor 509 was pretty much ok lightings wise, but it would have been nicer if reading-torch was provided. Shower holders, both 103 and 509 need to be tightened . Suggestion : F&B needs to be functional.

Pros: LOCATION
Cons: BATHROOM TOWEL LOOKS DIRTY
Location: GOOD LOCATION. IN THE CITY CENTRE. CLOSE TO MALL AND EATING PLACES.
STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. GOOD LOCATION. SMALL ROOM. LITTLE PARKING SPACE. LOCATED ON A BUSY STREET. FEEL NOISY AT NIGHT

Pros: Value for money
Cons: Toilet door is translucent and you can see the silhouette of the person going about their business which might not be comfortable for non-couples.
Location: Easy to get to places about the city centre via Gojek
Service is top-notch and the double singles room was clean and cosy.

Need to bring hair dryer, adapter etc. No Iron at hotel. Cost performance is good.

Very clean budget hotel near town

Pros: Very clean. Very comfortable. May be a tad too small for twin sharing tho.
Cons: Perhaps room can provide a hair-dryer?
Location: It's located near Grand City Shopping. Restaurants there are good, in particular the XO Restaurant and Linkafe. Spa is nearby too.
I stayed for 6 days in the hotel. It is clean, very clean. Staff is extremely friendly, and addressed me by name! Breakfast in the morning is not fanciful but sufficient. I will stay here if I come back to Surabaya>
