I enjoyed my stay at this property. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was awesome! My only complaint was the wall lights in the room. They were very difficult to turn on and off. I struggled to get the little button to operate the lights. I would definitely stay here whenever I visit Duluth.

Would not recommend or stay again. Place was filthy and outdated. Our room smelled like an old mildewy basement even after we had to wait to check in because they were still “cleaning” it. The exterior and landscaping were not taken care of at all. Staff was friendly enough but no professionalism in how they presented themselves or the hotel.

Although they had a college football team staying, there was no noise. The pool area looked amazing and was used by a few people. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Very friendly staff. Easy check in. The surrounding area is beautiful. Had a simple breakfast with the best hashbrowns ever. The room was clean and the bathroom could use a good floor scrub. Very spacious king size room.

I wanted to like this stay more than I did. I don't travel much and don't really care about decor or if things seem "dated." It was fine... except the air conditioning was set to 60 degrees when we arrived. Being August and that we were leaving again right away, we simply turned it off, but it was still uncomfortably cold the whole time. Also, the alarm clock went off at 12am and 12:15am and I ended up having to unplug it so I could sleep. Aside from these things I would have rated it great - but they were incredibly frustrating and kinda ruined it for me!

The staff was friendly, both check in staff and servers in the restaurant. I had the best omelet and toast! There is a nice walking path convenient to the hotel. The rooms are dated and desperate for an update. The bathroom in particular could use attention.

Hotel was very clean but somewhat dated. But it was quiet and the staff was friendly. We ate at the restaurant, the food was good, but the service was very slow considering there were only a handful of groups seated. Overall good experience.
