"Surprised how outdated the thunderbird was, considering the price per night & according to notice on the door they command 500/night at some point. Absolutely not handicap or senior friendly. No elevators, numerous stair cases & most require a keycard to pass thru. No drop off parking so you can unload luggage. No microwave & frig did not have freezer section to refreeze ice packs. Expected more considering the room cost "

It’s was a nice place to stay and close to the entrance of the Grand Canyon. Just note being that it’s not IN the Grand Canyon, wait times to get into the park can be long if you’re driving in on your own. "
