Spacious rooms but lots of bugs hidden in the kitchen cupboards ie cockroaches so a good idea to purchase bug spray if you want to use the kitchen otherwise good location close to Aldi and coffee shop fabulous day spa on site and 5 pools to choose from staff were nice

Aloha Liz, I've searched back through what apartment you were in so we can re-treat the apartment. We treat annually for insects and roaches. It's probably the only drawback of living in the tropics :)Please let us know when in-house so we can offer a spray. I trust you enjoyed your stay apart from that. It was a nice stay, the pool area is great. Only thing was the blanket, it felt I wasn’t cleaned it a while as well as the plates in the cabinets; they smelled bad and had to clean them a lot before using them.
Other than that it was an amazing stay.

Property was nice overall in terms of the resort however there was construction by the main pools so was very noisy for relaxing by the pools-
Unit was functional but pretty dated in areas such as bathroom etc.
overall enjoyed our stay but could have been improved ax above.
