Amazing service and very responsive! Great location and had an amazing, smooth overall stay! Away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to everything! Would come again!

Posted 1 Apr 2024 on HotelsBook an Executive 1 bedroom apartment with Ocean View for a 3 night stay. This apartment was ground floor with barely an ocean glimpse. We were mostly looking at the pool fence with almost no privacy at all. This room (#7) is the worst room so if you have booked this category make sure you call and request any other ocean view room. Very disappointed given the rate we paid over Easter. I checked with the on-site manager as the photos online show a very different view. The room itself was comfortable but FILTHY floors left our feet black. The microwave was also broken and not able to be used.

Hi Clinton and thanks for the review.I am sorry the view wasn't what you expected but many guests request this room as they can watch the surfers in 1st and 2nd bay without having to climb too many stairs.We vacuum and mop the planking in that room so I don't know how they made your feet black. Next time let me know and I will re-mop them for you. We take pride in our cleaning as you can see from the other reviews.I have checked the microwave and it seems to be working now. Again if you let us know at the time we can try and resolve the issue for you.

The apartment was spotless clean, and so conveniently located, walking distance to everything you need for a lovely stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the apartment has its aircon, tv, coffee machine etc working perfectly, making it all so comfortable! You wake up to the sound of the ocean which is literally across the street. Lisa was lovely. We will definitely be back!!
