Our stay was good but the property is quite rundown and in desperate need of some maintenance. Some of the windows couldn’t be opened or closed properly.

Great location, views amazing, apartment had all we needed including washer and dryer. Pool clean and lovely spa pool overlooking sea front.

Highly recommend this property.
The apartment was a very generous size.
Great location, amazing view, helpful reception staff.
Would definitely stay here again.

I got my confirmation and drove for 2h with my family just to find out the hotel is over booked

Hi Basem, Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. The team attempted to contact you throughout the day regarding your overnight reservation. We do apologise for the overbooking, and our technical team is working on how the reservation was able to be made when we were at capacity. As we know with the recent global IT System issue last week these things do happen and are out of our control. Upon arrival our Supervisor did explain to you that we have a sister property within walking distance (less than 100m) and was more than happy to re-locate you to this property and we would of course amend pricing as necessary, which you declined. We aim for all our guests to have a positive and enjoyable holiday experience and hope that your next stay meets all your expectations.

Our apartment had a stunning view of the beach and very comfortable beds (much appreciated after all the walking we did along the esplanade and through Sea Life). The pool, spa and sauna facilities were excellent, even on a cloudy/rainy day. The building itself is quite old and some elements are dated and dusty, but our apartment was clean, colourful, welcoming and had everything we needed.
