THe property is very tired and run down. Everything in the room and the whole building and factilities is worn out, out of date and on it's last legs. Particularly the bathroom. The place needs to be refurbished and freshened up completely.

The room was very nice, comfortable bed and good shower with balcony looking out to pool area, lots of palms. Enjoyed the spa, sauna, steam room and pool. Picked up key easily, parking convenient. Enjoyed the position, easily walkable to Hastings Street, beach and national park walks and Sunshine Junction

Second time we’ve stayed in the same apartment. It has everything you need and is very comfortable for guests. However, there was a toilet brush dropped behind the primary bedroom side table which as a little unsanitary. And 2nd bedroom window was loose and rattled all night long, keeping the kids up for both nights. The pool area is fantastic and location is excellent.

After hours check in information sent too late in the day - not reassuring. Room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Bed was very comfortable.

Property run down with curtains mouldy. General cleanness was poor in thr room. Room was smelly when left closed for the day.

We had to move rooms for the last night of our 4 night stay. The first 3 nights were brilliant. The last night was also good but the unit was older and further away from amenities. Overall this was a lovely resort. Highly recommended for families

Hi Raymond, my apologies for the ants, they weren't in the apartment when we checked it before your arrival. I live in house and y phone number is in the front door, if you had called me I would have come and gotten rid of them. They are gone today but we will keep an eye out in case they return, once again my apologies for the ants.
