We like this Motel having stayed previously and will stay again. However, this time we arrived after hours on a public holiday. We looked forward to making a cup of tea but had no milk. We had a friendly text message from Peta earlier in the day advising of our unit number and key location. It was a surprise to read of their “Contactless Protocols” indicating no contact with staff available 😧

Hi Anthea, thank you for your feedback. Our apologies that you had no milk in the room but there are always plenty of supplies in the guest laundry (per the notice in the room). That said, we are sorry for the oversight and inconvenience of no milk on your arrival. We would like to assure you that contact between guests and staff does happen at the motel nearly every day. But by operating with a self check-in, guests are not delayed on arrival and can head directly to their room if the office is unmanned. This also enables us to enjoy some downtime, especially on public holidays and after hours. Fingers crossed we see you next time!

Liked the contactless check in.
Hairdryer needs to be replaced.
