Great location and great value. However, people below were smoking on their balcony continuously. Also someone set off the fire alarm at midnight causing whole building to be evacuated.

Although very central to all amenities the room we were in was in need of a revamp. Holes in the ceiling and scuffed walls. Site around the fridge needed new wood and paint and the room had an odour when you arrived back after a day out.

It's a nice location and handy to shops/ beach/ restaurants but the accommodation is very tired and not clean. The price for the rooms would suggest a better standard but that's not the case. Sorry, but it is what it is.
