Pounding in room next to us…bathroom and store room. EVERY morning from 5am - 6:30 am!!!! Woke us up and kept us awake! Slipped in tub as there were NO FOOT GRIPS! Smacked my arm into the side of the shower.
Had to call and get a grip mat for the shower.
VERY DANGEROUS!
Beds and pillows were comfortable. TV worked. Fridge, coffee maker and Micro in room. Carpet was not clean. Dirty stains on it.
Would rate this Hotel a 3. The safety issue needs to be addressed asap with Holiday Inn.
Also, noise next to room was ridiculous.

We truly apologize for the noise issue from the breakfast prep room in the morning and that the shower in the room you stayed was slippery which I will be personally looking into with my maintenance personnel and have also shared with our cleaning team about the carpet, and we will take all the necessary action moving forward. Thank you so much for letting us know, and Rest assured, we are looking into this matter to ensure it doesn't happen again. On a positive note, we are glad to hear that you found the beds and pillows comfortable, TV, Fridge, coffee maker and Micro in room worked. We hope to get another opportunity to serve you again and turn things around for a better stay experience by giving you different room in different location in the hotel when you find yourself back in the town. AC is very noisy in the room

Location was excellent for me. Rooms were pretty updated. Breakfast selections were varied and good. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the outside did not create a great impression, the carpets in the rooms were a bit frayed. If in the 2 star category it was very good but not quite a 3 star.
