The staff were efficient and friendly at check in. The breakfast staff were amazingly friendly. Check-out was done online, so that was convenient.
Room was large enough for one person. The shower head didn't detach, so something to note if you like that feature.
The room includes full size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, which is nice so that you don't have to worry about dropping any small bottles or packets.
Parts of the hallways are exposed to the outdoors, so it's cold when going to the buffet breakfast.
The breakfast has limited options, but enough variety that is good for a few days.
There is no elevator at the property so ask for a room on the first floor is you mobility issues.

Wish it would've been more than one night so we could've taken advantage of the pool and spa.

The property was just OK. The hot tub was warm-ish. They also had exhaust stacks for something below the second floor level so you would get exhaust fumes here and there walking around. Which wouldn't be so bad but the hallways are open-air.

When I went to check in the lady that was in the front desk told me the room I had reserved and paid for wasn’t available. She didn’t offer any remedy to the situation, I was extremely upset since it was 8 pm and I just wanted to relax. Luckily another gentleman took over the front desk and he was able to accommodate and give me the room I had reserved and paid for. I know I will not stay here ever again
As for the room, it was big, comfy bed, quiet, cleaned and I had view of the pool
