First time

When I arrived at 4pm the lobby was closed. I pressed the call button for night service and waited for a few minutes before anyone answered. When a guy came up, i could not hear a word he was saying becuase the hotel is right next to the freeway as it was loud. Also, i could not understand his english very well. He let me in the lobby and it was much better to converse. Not impressed at all with the welcome or the fact that the wifi password was not legible and the room was cold (AC was on) when I got in there. Don't be fooled by the reviews!

I was told immediately by the front desk (window) that there's no breakfast at all even if the price booked showing one free breakfast. Coincidently, in-room coffee maker didn't work. There's no heating (the in-room control panel apparently stopped working) even when the temperature dropped to low 40s and during night when there was only a thing layer of blanket covering my body. Hair drier didn't work so I went to sleep with wet hear. More importantly, the front desk phone was always busy! On top of all these, I seriously don't understand how people reviewed this place as quiet. The whole place is literally 100 ft from the 101 freeway.

Worst hotel of my life

Rude lady at the desk . Confirmation said check in from 3 pm to the rest of the day . Needed a place to stay and couldn’t check in until 11pm . Lady at the night desk says I can’t check in at all and no refund was offered to me .

The staff acted like I was weird for asking if they had hair conditioner when I found 2 shampoo bottles in my hotel room. Apparently they dont provide conditioners, only shampoos. This is first hotel I have been to that only provides shampoos. And their vending machine was all out of waters. Also, of they are not providing continental breakfast right now, they should update that on their website.

My key card on the first attempt wasn't activated so I had to go back and ask for it to be fixed. Then they said there was no guarantee of parking. And there was a noise throughout the night like a mouse. And there were some bugs in the room because I woke up with bug bites all over my leg.

Not sure why this place has good ratings. Rooms were not clean. I was given a room and it was being clean. Then I was given a room (nonsmoking) that smelled really bad. Then, I was sent to another room carpet was dirty. And it had an odd vibe. Almos… like death. Call me crazy but it was just off.

The stay was ok overall. The check-in process took a lot of time since their system was down. The key also initially didnt work which they fixed. The room had a lot of dust accumalated on the coffee maker and side tables. Bathroom floor had a bunch of hair on it. Probably ok to stay if you are just coming in to sleep.

Sheets had a cigarette burn in them. No towels and no cups for the coffee machine. Close to freeway and noise was minimal. Definitely would not go back.

The place was really dirty and it smells. The microwave was not cleaned and was literally having rotten food inside. There was no soap in the restroom. The bedsheets were dirty and was not changed. I asked for refund and the owner told me she cannot give me the refund and told me to go through Expedia. It was the worst experience so far at any hotel for me.

Amazing place

The hotel is amazing, really big spacious king bedrooms for the low price! Super clean and the room actually smelled very clean.
