The phone is rarely answered. Cleaning room wad skipped 2 out of 6 days.
Pool is nice.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price
The only good things about this resort are its location and the recent update to the lobby decor. Unfortunately, everything else was a huge letdown. The staff was miserable, unhelpful, and made no effort to be friendly. The resort itself is crumbling and in poor condition.
What made this experience even worse was the price. The nightly rate is exorbitant, especially when there are so many other resorts nearby—right next door or down the street—that offer better conditions and far better service for the same or lower cost. Paying top dollar to be treated poorly in a rundown property was especially hard to stomach.
On top of that, they nickel-and-dime you for everything, with hidden fees that aren’t clearly communicated upfront. Even the charges they do mention are buried in fine print on various "about" pages.
The worst part of the stay was when a staff member entered my room despite the "Privacy Please" sign being up. When I reported the issue to the manager, Luis, his response was dismissive—asking, “And that’s a problem?” instead of taking my concern seriously.
This resort feels like it’s been abandoned by management. With so many better options nearby, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The property and room was far more beautiful than the pictures lead on. I was very impressed and felt incredibly spoiled. The beach was clean and gorgeous, as well as the pool space. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff was so attentive, friendly, and accommodating. We had an absolutely wonderful time and plan to be back for sure!
