Breaker good but service bad room basic no tea/cof

I am surprise we stayed in Bergen scandic near airport it was best and book same hotel this one but there was totally different . Room was not clean and bin was terrible smelling . Called reception 2 times in one hr and went downstairs too but because they were busy no peu came and finally I called again and the lady came after 1 hr 20 mins . First time seen no coffee no kettle no tea bar nothing . It’s like hoste . Only positive things is Very good breakfast .

We booked this hotel because Expedia advertised it as having air conditioning. To our surprise, the staff informed us that it did not have A/C, but they were very accommodating when we asked for a fan when the room temperature got up to 85° F/ 30° C

It is very convenient to live in this super-clean and quiet hotel to catch an early flight.
