Although the property was dated, it was clean and well cared for. Robert was very helpful and kind. The property is in a good location with easy access to Walmart, Crackerbarrel and many fast food outlets. The negative is that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the windows don't open to allow any fresh air in the room.

Nothing major. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were ok. Cracked toilet and shower but everything worked in them. The phone charging ports didn’t work and the plug in’s for the charging block I brought didn’t work. So that sucks. But overall, just meh.

Room needed maintenance. Stopper on sink didn't work. Shower head was spraying everywhere. Towlet seat was loose. Terrible traffis noise. Contenital breakfast was less than desirable.

The staff has been really helpful in accommodating any requests that I've had. The value for the money is real. I was looking for a hotel that I could afford for a lengthy stay as I work on my house and the Quality Inn Summerville checked all the boxes. I would like to add that the mgr. Robert has consistently gone over and above to make my stay enjoyable. He is an asset to your company for sure. There are some amenities available and the location is great, hey walking distance to Wallyworld and a bunch of food choices too.

Did not have have enough hot enough water to shower. It was nice enough for one night.
