Fairly outdated. Also the check in process was extremely long then told our room was cancelled after we checked into our room and paid. We e were able to sort it out but would recommend having atleast 2 during peak check in times etc. buffet not very clean either.

I really like the convience of this property and the value pricing. The rooms are outdated, the bathrooms are very outdated and our tub was cracked. With this being said, the pricing is good. The service is always great! We will return. We dont use this property for vacations, so our purpose is great.

On Friday night, there were several families staying at the property. Children were running and shouting through the hallways after 9pm. They appeared to be unsupervised. We almost called the front desk, but did not know if there were enough staff to take care of the issue. The food choices also left much to be desired. We ate at your restaurant 10-15 years ago and the food was much better then. Breakfast was OK, but an offer of pancakes and/or French toast would have given us a variety of choices other than cereal and eggs. For dinner one evening we had the fish and chips. The fries (chips) were crispy and delicious, but the fish had way too much batter on them and it tasted fishy.

My stay at the Loyalist Inn was fantastic! The staff were more than accommodating and extremely helpful. If I could I'd give 10 stars. The room was very nice and clean, quiet and comfy. I dont want to drop names, but the help I recieved from certain staff members went far beyond what was thought possible by me...so Thank You from the bottom of my heart.❤️

In the first room, furnace, fireplace, tub jets didn’t work. They switch our room and the second room had the same issues. Pool was freezing!! Breakfast was inedible. First day the sausage patties were mush, like cat food and the second day they were literally over cooked hotdogs. Not the fault of the staff, it was the quality of the food. Not 1 single item was gluten free. All staff we encountered was lovely and super helpful. Will not stay again unless under new management or ownership. Again, staff was fantastic though.
