I couldn't recommend this hotel enough! It was absolutely wonderful and in the best location. I had the best time and the hotel really made the trip. Spacious rooms and a great bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff were amazingly courteous and helpful, especially arranging the transfer of our luggage to our next hotel.
We noted there was a sign for a beauty salon on the second floor, but when we asked at the reception about a facial/massage we were told they didn't do them.
Overall this was a very good place to stay, we would go back again.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Some of the breakfast buffet staff were grumpy,I expect that in other countries but not Japan. 2 mornings they ran out of maple syrup for the pancakes.
