"I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. "The staff was very attentive and accommodating and really tried to make everything perfect. In all the years I have stayed in Ethiopia, this is one of the few comfortable hotel beds I have had. I was thankful for good sleep at night. Th laundry service was also good. The free breakfast night was extensive and very good and the dining room atmosphere was very pleasant."

"I cannot fault the hotel, what is exceptional about the place are actually the amazing team members who work in it. They were attentive, kind and humble. Everyone was so warm to me and my family.
