There were stains on the beds in the SECOND room and cockroaches in the first. They're changing names and my reservation wasn't even on their books because of it all. What a mess. Leaving ASAP. If it wasn't so late at night wouldn't have stayed as long as we did.

was an absolute nightmare, leaving me with a deep sense of frustration and disappointment. This hotel not only failed to live up to its promises but also displayed a complete lack of regard for guest comfort and privacy. Here are the key issues I encountered:
1. Renovation Chaos: The fact that the hotel was undergoing renovation should have been communicated to guests prior to their arrival. The hotel should have temporarily closed or at least informed guests about the inconvenience they were about to face.
2. Double Booking Disaster: To make matters worse, while my wife and I were sleeping, another guest was mistakenly given access to our room. This shocking invasion of privacy is completely unacceptable. It is not only a breach of security but also puts the safety and well-being of guests at risk. The hotel's negligence in double booking rooms is inexcusable and highly unprofessional.
3. False Advertising: The hotel had advertised a complimentary breakfast as part of their amenities. However, to our dismay, no breakfast was served during our entire stay. This false advertising is not only misleading but also demonstrates a lack of integrity on the part of the hotel management.
4. Disinterested Staff: Throughout our stay, it was clear that the hotel staff could not care less about guest satisfaction. When we reported the invasion of our privacy and the lack of breakfast, their response was dism

The place was either not finished yet or being refurbished. There was no breakfast, much less free breakfast as promised. Very noisy. etc...

Property was under construction. Price was reduced but wasn't given a proper warning. My room booking changed automatically. Personel was extremely rude. We had been travelling for 6 hours and it was late so qe had ti suck it up.

Wasn’t able to stay due to storms and couldn’t get anything back on two rooms reserved , cancelled event so no need for rooms and nothing but donated money to them ridiculous!!

The Motel is being renovated and the facilities are in a real mess. Was not informed there would be no breakfast or coffee available. Only one package of coffee available in room. Large flying insects entered through unsealed cracks in window. Bathroom toiletries shortage. No bath/shower soap. Room was acceptable but needs much improvement and maintenance. Bed comfortable. Have used Days Inn indifferent locations on occasions and never had any complaints. Hopefully the present refurbishment will bring the property up to the accepted standard.

Posted 3 Dec 2023 on HotelsHotel was convenient, but under going renovations. Cluttered with boxes and furniture. Bathroom had mold in shower. Staff never present. Coffee was cold. Breakfast was one bowl of small energy bars. Smell of Marijana pugent on 3rd floor. Price was less than competion. Wyndom has a loser here.

I know we did not pay a lot BUT our room was NOT clean!! The smell was strong- mold was around the shower, windows and the wood stand the fridge was in. The walls had something on them - gross dirty!!! The shower curtain was stained badly, the large glass bathroom mirror was broke. So sad.
