Very pleased

Our stay was great. The room was very nice and large. The bed was comfortable and huge. The hot tub was clean and worked perfect.

Everyone was nice. The bed was terrible. It was hard as a rock. The room and linens smelled musty and there was trash left in the refrigerator from the previous occupants.

Corporation management failed

The rooms were not clean and bath tub caulk were moldy. The staff were polite and friendly. However, as a corporation, Quality Inn failed to look after the comfort of their customers by providing a reasonable substitute for the cancellation of their breakfast. Instead, they offered nothing. Good customer care would have been a to go bag with some snack. It would have been a nice touch and it would have showed how much they value my business.
