Excellent place and excellent service and excellent staffs are very friendly and very helpful, good location. Have bikes and motorcycles for renting if you are need to travelling around in city by yourself. And also be closer to transport if u feeling need to catching the city bus for to going to the history temple or going to the market place in the city. In the morning enjoying with the coffee with the Great breakfast. Here they are will look after you like you are family. All everything here excellent.

The receptionist didn't know that I had paid and made me pay a deposit that was almost double what the room cost. The owner refunded all money the next day. I asked where the on site parking was, it turned out the free parking on site was on the street in front of the hotel. The room is in need of an upgrade.

We apologize that the maid is not good at English as a receptionist. She doesn't know that the customer has already reserved a room. So she let you choose a new room and pay again. which is a room that is cheaper than the room that you has booked. It’s my fault, My wife and I went out to do a transaction at the bank and later found out about it.

Nice low-key place, the room was quiet and clean but a bit dark. Location is convenient to catch the pickups to old Sukhothai and kind of walkable to the long-distance bus station, but apart from that there’s really nothing nearby.
