Hotel is A all staff are always happy to help with a smile!
Front office manager Joaquin is top notch, easy to communicate and ready to help! This will definitely be my go to hotel in all of Houston area!

There was no hot water, when I contacted front desk, they asked me to run the water for 5 mins. I did get hot water after 7 mins. What a waste of water.

Shower don’t work. Then new room the thermostat was broke. Nice staff. Particularly the night person. Best western plus is normally much nicer and kept up better.

Toya was amazing! Check in was very smooth and she was super sweet. My room was spacious but was missing a few necessities like soap and shampoo. The ac made this loud unbearable noise all night so I wasn’t able to get much sleep on top of the room being humid. It wasn’t a terrible overnight stay but definitely could have been much better.
