We booked 2 nights. Upon arrival, we were told that the pool was not in service. It was the main reason we chose the hotel. They gave us passes to YMCA which we did not use. Then we were told about a parade the next day and the roads were closed from 4om to 9:30pm. Not convenient at all for the plans we had. When we got to the room, there was water dripping down from the room above. So we were given another room. That room had no hot water in sink, the toilet was running constantly. And the shower had no water at all. We left the hotel and booked at another one.

My biggest issue with this property is that there were no blackout curtains in the rooms. There was just a sheer curtain but nothing behind it. It was so bright in our room all night and I could barely sleep. There is also a smell to the hotel that I couldn’t get passed. The pool was closed until further notice. The coffee machine at breakfast didn’t work. Overall, I wasn’t impressed. I would not stay here again.

The room was large but the bathroom so small I could not be in there with my child to help them with going to the toilet. The bathroom and carpet and table in the room were visibly dirty.

Disappointed with the lack of advertising that their pool and gym is not functioning, when in fact it IS advertised that it is operable. Would not have chosen this hotel if we knew the pool wasn’t working for our little ones.

Was disappointed about the Pool facility being out of service, other than that all was good.

We were looking forward to the pool but it was out of service for the weekend we were there. Breakfast was ok but not wonderful. Shower and sink in the hotel bathroom had some drainage challenges. Overall we left happy but it wasn’t perfect!
