Had problems with door keys a couple of times, but friendly staff were quick to help.
Not enough parking when hotel was full.

There was only 1 person working the desk when we were checking in and there were 3 people ahead of us. I liked the automated screen where you could see your details and confirm. The breakfast was poorly - food was not restocked and you had to wait for food when clearly the employee running the breakfast was not busy. Hardly any muffins or choices of yogurt. Took 20 mins to replenish the eggs.
