"Clean and totally quiet. If you want to be near (but not in) the action area this is a good choice. About 1 mile so could walk it or easy motorcycle taxi. If you are going to the Manila airport there is a perfect hourly bus service in front of the Mall. The hotel should advertise this but doesn't. It's nonstop on the expressway direct to terminal 3 (flooded by 2 and 1). Costs like US$8. Much better than the bus to manila and then taxi. The hotel is good. Great price also. "

"Great old establishment and well run by friendly professional staff. Twenty four hour security so no problems at all. Couple of minor aged equipment in rooms but not a problem. I would stay there again any time."
