Ruse staff no ac and bad hotels.com info transfer
Posted 21 Jun 2024 on HotelsAwful stay, rude staff and as usual issues with getting hotels.com 2 rooms reservation, the transfer of information for hotels.com to the hotel is a huge issue.
Ac did not work 27 degrees celcius in the room!!!

Great hotel and very clean, but there was a lot of construction nearby and the parking was a little confusing. I drove all the way down to the parking garage after pressing the button and had to carefully back all the way up the ramp. For the time being, the small lot behind the hotel was free but it was very limited parking.

Some rooms seems to have old furniture and smell is not the best. The whole experience considering the low price was ok.
