Pleasant and well maintained property with leisure facilities just outside the city centre. Excellent steak restaurant on site!

Stay Elsewhere!! - really poor staff

Beyond poor experience from this hotel. We stay here fairly often with work but will be going elsewhere in the future. colleagues were given key cards to different guests rooms with no apology or urgency to change when they went to reception to change. takes ages to check in general rudeness and no attention to detail paid from staff And to top it off we chose the reserve now and pay later option at the hotel. the lady on reception told me that it'll come off of my account? i'm now getting emails as to why i didnt pay at the property when i left! as i booked 6 rooms for colleagues i have now been left with a massive bill when in the past we paid it seperately. general incompetence from the staff. very poor the gym was shocking as well

Was excited to stay here after a day at the Porsche Museum and the Steakhouse next door… First off they put me in an economy room when we paid for a Superior, they even teased us with the superior by showing it to us and then dumped us in the most basic room I’ve seen. Two of the legs on the bed were already broken and I’m amazed it didn’t collapse.. Went to reception to ask for extra pillows and was told there’s none available, the pillows in the room were horrific !! The staff and security obviously didn’t realise that although I am Welsh I can speak German and they called me rude names, thinking I wouldn’t understand !! Very rude, unhelpful and the room was terrible… Ruined the end of what was a good day. I travel to the area regularly with my job role, I will never use this hotel again and will make sure any of my clients or work colleagues avoid it as well
