Terrible service, staff no hospitality bar will only serve tea / coffee intermittently

Completely unable to get a beverage from the bar.
The staff are rude and totally unhelpful!
It was 14:00pm and they refused to serve any alcohol before 6pm
It was 11am and we could t get a coffee after breakfast service had closed.
No room service. No water left in rooms.
The hotel itself okay but don’t stay here if you want any kind of good hospitality service!

Excellent beds. Superb wellness centre. Close proximity to railway station and downtown.

this was a great stop for us between train travel. We got a good nights sleep.

Comfortable beds and pillows, nice room. Parking is in a very tight car park at rear of property. Property was very busy (may have been some event on?) Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed at this location several times over the years. It’s convenient to the train station and shopping. It is however showing a little wear and tear and simple updates would make a difference - new pillows, linens and especially towels!
