We were pleasantly surprised with our stay! We went to Deadwood & Sturgis for a quick birthday getaway! We reserved a whirlpool room & we loved it! Room was clean & spacious and the rate was amazing! Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

This was a nice place to stay. We were just passing through so we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but the property was nice.

When we went into the room there was a ladder and boxes of light bulbs. Fixture was missing light bulbs. Carpet was wet. There were fruit flies flying around and many dead in the refrigerator. No toilet paper in the bathroom. The lower level suite is underground and it has an egress window with a built in ladder, which is fine, except the window doesn't lock.

Man that checked us in was rude. Cup of coffee that exploded was still in microwave. Room felt dirty & we itched a lot. We were too tired to find someplace else to stay for less than 24 hrs.

Staff were very nice to greet and assist. Breakfast quality / selection was a 7/10 based on pricing.
