Remodeling was not complete in our room. Breakfast- lots of choices and good food

Extremely disappointed with this Hampton Inn. Staff not experienced, took forever to check in, tried to double charge me, room smelled damp and musty, hand towel in bathroom was stained and had pubic hair on it, dirty stain on wall, TV was ancient - had a line down the middle, lots of grainy artifact, guide didn’t work. I would like a call from someone.

Front desk wasnt as welcoming as could be. Didnt even say what room number, just handed over the key. She seemed irritated to be working. Elevator was a little on the squeaky side. Breakfast had many options. Would stay here again. Hopefully front desk will be friendlier
