Extremely friendly staff. Very loud at night, it sounded like somone was stomping abive us all night. Got little sleep.

Poorly maintained, looks like maintenence is being done by a couple of drunk 6 year olds. I was scheduled to stay a week, was going to lose the first night anyway for cancelling, so I stayed for the one night, then went to a different hotel for the rest of my stay. The breakfast was the only good thing.

Showers had near zero pressure. Other wise for price it is what is.

We had a fantastic view of the lake. It was easy to get to right off of the Mass Pike. Room looked great and smelled clean. The balcony was great for the sunrise & sunset. We had a puppy & infant on one side and weren’t disturbed by any noise. The location is right by Old Sturbridge Village and plenty of great restaurants. We highly recommend checking this hotel out!

The motel was recently renovated and the beds were very comfortable, it was a good stay. The room was spacious and not overly priced it was a surprising comfort.

The room was very nice, the staff were excellent, and the breakfast was good. What wasn’t good was the noise. We were kept up most of the night by the music and loud people in the rooms next to us and above us. I’m not sure there is a solution to this problem. Maybe better soundproofing? More considerate people?
