Manager at front desk was extremely rude and unfriendly. Was given a room with 2 fulls which I paid for a room with a kind. Room was disgusting. Hotel was disgusting. Drug deals occurred in the parking lot. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Roachs on micowave when checking in ask for 1st floor said full but my friends cane later got 1st floor didnt ask

That was pretty exhausted when I pulled in! I went in check in Process was nice and quick! They have a restaurant attached to the place called Flanigan’s, foods good and it’s very convenient if you just want to eat, go right back to your room and fall asleep!

This is a very old facility. The building and room are in need of repair and upgrades. Very outdated. Fixtures rusted. Beyond that the amenities were rough. Breakfast was plain bagels and cereal. Shampoo and soaps in room were used. Clearly open and half full. There was also a layer of dust on most surfaces. The attendant at the desk was never there at the desk and would never answer calls. I will not be returning for another stay.

Due to the hurricane my flight got canceled and got my refund but when i told the hotel that my flight got canceled due to the hurricane they said they couldn't give me a refund even thou i didn't cancel. Money lost
