The property was excellent! I had absolutely no issues! Everything was nice and clean!

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, with choices of hot food, cereals, yoghurt, and fruit.

The hotel was nice, but the guy at the reception area was not very friendly or kind at the time of check in . He was very to the point, didn’t say welcome or thank you at the end. However, Ryan helped us to check out the next day, and he was completely opposite; very nice experience with him. It is a shame that this hotel counts with some staff that is not customer service oriented.
