Breakfast was well appointed, with good options for vegetarians. Toilet had permanent stain, disgusting. No ventilation. Extractor not functional. Odors hang around for a long time. Windows in room cannot open, no ventilation, claustrophobic. No housekeeping though we spoke to them and asked for fresh towels. Front desk person, excused cutting off my call to complain, that they were very busy down stairs. The manager who she said would call never did. We are aware of poor service in Holland in general, but were disappointed that the the US brand name didnt make a difference. Never again!

We would like to clarify that our team did attempt to call you back several times, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach you. Additionally, we noticed that the "Do Not Disturb" sign was placed on your door, which prevented housekeeping from entering your room.We regret any confusion this may have caused and will work to ensure clearer communication with our guests moving forward. Your experience is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.If your travels bring you back to the area, we would be grateful for the opportunity to restore your faith in our hotel.
