"We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed for one night in a cabin. It was perfect for our needs but I would not want to stay for any longer than that as it would be too small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not good. Luckily we brought our own. The service from the staff in reception and in the cafe was really good and we had a really nice meal."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...

"This is not a luxury hotel. They gave me room for pepplle with diasbilities so all the equipment of the disabled people were there. They should ask the guest " is it ok if we give you ...." . I did't bother to tell them anything but it wasn't ok. All the hotel was old and seems tonget renovated somewhere in the 90's . They need tonrenovate again. "
